When Do I have to Report?

Reporting Schedule: Each year’s report is due April 1 or June 1 depending on the type of facility. E.g. a cement plant reporting for the calendar year of 2010 will submit its report June 1 of 2011, and so on.

• In general, all sources report in June except electricity, cogeneration, and general stationary combustion, which report in April (excluding oil and gas, which report in June)
• New facilities shall issue reports for the first full year of that facility’s operation
• Verification is due October 1 for reports filed in April, and December 1 for reports filed in June.
