What reporters need to do under the regs:

Step 1: Determine whether you need to report.

Step 2: Determine reporting and verification deadlines.

Step 3: Design a GHG inventory management program.

Step 4: Set up and document GHG calculation methods.

Step 5: Collect and record required data. Generate and submit GHG emissions data report.

Step 6: Contract with a verifier and initiate verification. (Verification is optional in 2009 and required in 2010.)
